mp3 365MP3 365 wacky news of the day: A man from Brooklyn had the audacity to go into a prosecutor's office and steal the attorney's MP3 player.

The man visited the office of the district attorney to comfort the mother of someone who was recently murdered. Thirty-seven-year-old Colin Powell then asked if he could use the phone in the prosecutor's office.

Unaware of the man's scheme, the prosecutor allowed him to use the phone. When he returned to his office shortly thereafter, he realized his player was missing.

The prosecutor called Powell to ask him what happened to the player, and Powell admitted to stealing it. Powell was immediately charged with petty larceny.

MP3 365 - Growth of MP3 Player Market Stalls

mp3 365

MP3 365 reports that the rate of growth for the once burgeoning mp3 player market will drop substantially in the next 5 years. As of December of 2008, the rate of growth had fallen below ten percent for the 1st time since the market began.

One analyst, Stephanie Ethier, explained that a poor economy, market maturity, and increased competition from new hand-held media electronics (mostly cell phones) are the biggest factors causing the slump in the worldwide mp3 player market.

Now, consumers want features like wireless Internet on their players, but improved functionality is insufficient to restore the record-breaking growth in shipments.

In-Stat, a market research company, reports that global mp3 player shipments will reach 245 million devices by 2012. Also by 2012, the company expects about 21% of worldwide mp3 player shipments to be Wi-Fi capable.

MP3 365 - Latest Nintendo Handheld Comes with Camera & MP3 Player

mp3 365

MP3 365 is excited to report that the new handheld video game player from Nintendo, the DSi, will come equipped with an mp3 player and two cameras. One camera is on the outside of the body, and the other points inward at the user.

Compared to the old DS, the sound quality of the DSi is greatly improved. By using the SD memory card slot in the console's side, users can store their pictures and music and use the device as an mp3 player.

The cameras allow users to use up to eleven special effects on the pictures they take. One special effect turns images of loved ones into characters from the Mario Brothers video game.

Nintendo expects to release the DSi sometime in April. Users can purchase the console in white or black.

MP3 365 Tip: Watch the Volume on Your Player

mp3 365

MP3 365 found a recent study reporting that teenagers whose peers request that they turn down their mp3 players actually increase the volume.

The study is the latest in a string of research that implicates mp3 players in long-term hearing loss. The study also revealed that teen males listen to mp3 players at higher volumes than females, that teenagers listen to music at higher volumes than young adults, and that teenagers often don't comprehend exactly how loudly they are playing their songs.

"We really don't a have good explanation for why teens concerned about the hearing loss risk actually play their music louder than others," reported study director Cory Portnuff, an audiologist and Ph.D. student at the University of Colorado. "But we do know that teens who knew what the benefits were of listening at lower levels had less hearing loss risk, which is why we believe targeted education is the key."

Other studies have demonstrated that increasingly popular headphone and earbud use causes hearing loss in teenagers and young adults. The long-term repercussions of earbuds may not be discovered for decades, until research can be done on people who have used them over long periods of time.

MP3 365: Keep Your Player Safe

mp3 365

To keep your ipod or other mp3 player safe, MP3 365 recommends the HDMX-GO MP3 Player Case with Speakers. The hard-sided case houses ipods and other players in a compartment with a zipper.

The case has external speakers that run on 2 AA batteries. Available in several vibrant colors, the HDMX-GO case costs about $10.

If you tend to store your mp3 player in tightly packed bags, this sturdy case offers the perfect form of protection. The case also has smaller compartments to store chords, batteries, and other mp3 accessories.

On the downside, the sound quality of the small speakers isn't exactly stellar, but it's excellent for the money. The HDMX-GO case is a convenient way to listen to music on the go without having to tote around pricey equipment.

Question of the Day: What Mp3 Players are Compatible with iTunes

what mp3 players are compatible with itunes

This is the question of the day: what mp3 players are compatible with iTunes? It is a question that many be ask and wonder because so many people already have the iTunes system installed on their computer with all of their desired songs and whatnot already attached to it and organized in a manner fitting to their own personal tastes.

Thus, it is natural that they would want to know what kind of mp3 player they should purchase to utilize this pre-organization. However, I do believe that because iTunes is a Mac product and thus a part of Apple, the only mp3 player that is completely compatible with it would indeed be the iPod.

Mp3 Players First Invention were Simplistic but Revolutionary

mp3 players first invention

The Mp3 Players first invention were a very simplistic kind of machine but the revolution in the music industry that they created was spectacular. Before this time, everything was sold in the form of CDs and, if you go further back, tapes and records, however, with the advent of the Mp3 players, suddenly, everything changed.

Now things can be sold more individually with singles and whatnot being sold as individual mp3 files so that you can make the mixes that you want to hear. We do not always like every song on a CD but we like a few here and a few there and Mp3 players give you that option.
